I am an award-winning women’s lifestyle journalist, copywriter and author. I have written for FIRST for Women, Woman’s World, Closer Weekly, Allrecipes, Reader’s Digest and The Healthy, as well as global wellness brands and content marketing firms. I am the author of The OMAD Diet, a diet book/cookbook all about fasting with one meal a day.

When I’m not writing, I am teaching Zumba classes, hiking, reading, cooking, snowboarding or spending time with my husband and our puppy Copper.
